I love your website!! I love Ferrets! People think I'm crazy because of how much I love ferrets. I have 23 ferrets of my own.. NO LIE!! I don't keep them in cages either. I have a ferret named Jazmine and she is a year old. I just got her this year before Thanksgiving. The girl just drove up to our house and gave her to my son, and she didn't say anything about the ferret. Well 6 days ago she stopped eating and drinking. Jazmine would cry and cry all day and all night. I called from vet to vet all over, and I couldn't get the poor little thing in anywhere. I cried everyday when I thought about her. I felt hopeless because I couldn't get her well.. Now today, I finally found somewhere and took her in. The man at the front thought I had taken her food and water away from her, and I didn't. He accused me of letting her suffer and not trying to do anything. It made me cry right there in the vet's office, because I knew I couldn't possibly do that to a cute little harmless creature like that. They told me she has a severe intestine infection, and that she needs to stay overnight. My fear is that she already died, because they won't get to her until tomarrow when they open the vet. I can't take my mind off of that ferret, and I have been crying for the whole day..
